What's New With STEW?
Stew recently returned from touring with the Glenn Miller Orchestra in Australia as their lead trombonist. He also toured with the orchestra in 2014, to Australia and Tasmania. They will be touring New Zealand, October thru mid - November, although Stew is unable to go due to his own band and teaching commitments.
Mr. Undem will again be teaching at California Baptist University Riverside - as Low Brass Studio Professor, and California State University San Bernardino Winter Quarter 2015, as Director of both the CSUSB Brass Ensemble, and the Studio Jazz Ensemble.
Stewart has signed on for his 35th season (2015 -2016) with the Redlands Symphony on Bass Trombone. He also taught a Master Class representing the Redland Symphony at Rancho Mirage High School for the Performing Arts.
"Jambalaya Stew" New Orleans style jazz band has been playing golf tournament engagements in Palm Desert, as well as shows at Monarch Beach, and special events for charity organizations. His Big Band, "STEWART" also is hired out to do special concerts and shows supporting name artists.
Stewart Undem owns and operates his own entertainment service, Stewart Undem Orchestras and Entertainment out of Redlands, CA. He has worked as Producer of the Lake Arrowhead Village Entertainment, and the "Center Stage" Concert series at Lake Arrowhead Village 1984 - 2009. In 2009, he had a record of 52 Tribute Bands performing the concert series. His live music entertainment service can provide sound equipment and sound engineer, lighting, and staging for your concert series. He also works with the Aliso Viejo concert series.

OKTOBERFEST 2015
Octoberfests are booking up for "Stewedshiedzel" and "Bavarian Stew" German Bands for September and October 2015. Unfortunately, the Vegan Octoberfest, October 3 & 4, is off for us this year, as we have other commitments on those dates. We have a new Public Oktoberfest with the "Stewedshedzel" German Band at Corpus Christi Christian Catholic Church in Aliso Viejo, on September 26, 2015. Also, on September 26th, we have "Bavarian Stew" German Band playing the Eagle Rock public Oktoberfest at the Solheim Lutheran Home.

We not only play authentic German/Bavarian and European music, but we also add a little humor to some selections in our show for the guests to enjoy, as well as swing, Latin, and Rock and Roll.
